It is April 20th, which also means it is Earth Day. Much like Black History Month, Earth Day is a holiday/event that should really be happening all year long. Regardless, it is Earth Day of actually considering the Earth and not just throwing your Wendy's wrappers all over your neighbor's lawn. Today those wrappers go in the trash bin and you might even consider picking up the trash that you didn't throw on the ground. Sure it might not seem fair, but life isn't fair! At least that's what every adult my entire life has told me.
Today's Holiday
Today's holiday is obviously Earth Day, but you might also be celebrating Hitler's birthday, the Columbine Massacre or 4/20. 4/20 isn't a real holiday, but it probably is the most fun out of the four choices. Earth Hour was the appetizer to Earth Day's main course. For Earth Day you're going to need to leave your lights off all day long. Have fun with that.
Because of the holidays I'm going to finish off my post with a collection of videos.
It should be noted at this time that you are now able to watch full episodes of My Mother the Car on YouTube. Life just gets better!
