The cast of “Modern Family” are suing 20th Century Fox to get out of their contracts in an effort to get more money.

NBC has ordered a 10 episode series of “Dracula.”

The Muppets have pulled out of something dealing with Chik-fil-a, which is an awful, conservative company that profits on the systematic murder of chickens.

The Minions from “Despicable Me” are getting their own spin-off movie.

Matthew Perry Watch

A sneak peek of the "Go On" pilot will air August 8, before it makes its timeslot premiere on Tues., Sept. 11, 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

Movies Out This Weekend
The Watch - Seth Rogen and his writing partner Evan Goldberg team up with the scribe of “Mr. Popper’s Penguins” to bring us this tale of neighborhood watchman and aliens.  The trailer looked pretty funny, and Moss from “The IT Crowd” is in this.  My wife and I are going to see it today, so you’ll know if I liked it next week.

Step Up Revolution 3D - The revolution will not be televised--it will be in theaters in glorious digital 3D!  Watch people dance and shit in this movie, if you want.

Movies I Watched This Week
The Dark Knight Rises 10/10 Great movie.  Anne Hathaway is beautiful and Christian Bale has a beard.
Miss Congeniality 6/10 Really dumb, but fun.  It’s like an 80s movie.  Like “Mannequin” or “Weekend at Bernie’s.”
The Girlfriend Experience 4/10 Kind of boring.
My Science Project 7/10 A funny and ludicrous 80s comedy.  Best line: “I’m so scared that I’m thinking about God.”

Song of the Week

  1. The Watch is one of those movies where they had a lot more fun making it than anyone will watching it.

  2. James Earl Ray has joined Timecop and James Earl Jones has an upcoming stint as a rookie police officer on Cops.

  3. I did not realize how much I could begin to love Matthew Perry. I'm really rooting for that guy!

    RIP S.H.
